A short 5 minute drive to the iconic Kamo Village or 15 minutes to the Whangarei Town Basin. Equipped with a new kitchenette (no oven or hobb), a pod coffee machine and basic continental breakfast supplies. Parking at the door and a lockbox for ease. This studio is attached to our home, although it's completely separate and you'll have complete privacy.

Whananaki Barn is on 15 acres of lifestyle block overlooking the sea. It is totally OFF GRID so if you love peace and tranquillity this is the place for you! It has great views of both the native bush and the beach. You’ll love my place because of the beauty, the outdoor space, the sunrise and sunsets and it is off-grid!. Situated on a farmlet with cattle and sheep, you will love the country feel that is peaceful and quiet (with no street lights to keep you awake!), yet only minutes to shops, restaurants and amenities.

This unique retreat is surrounded by native bush and offers stunning views of the Poor Knights Islands. Our private guest house includes a kitchenette with microwave, kettle, toaster, bar fridge, air fryer, and slow cooker. A tiled bathroom with a walk-in shower and heated towel rails and a large private decking area with BBQ. There is an outdoor shower and drying area for dive gear/wetsuits with plenty of room for those wanting to bring their surfboards or kayaks.

Welcome to Valencia Cottage! Located just 15 minutes north of Whangarei, our cottage sits on a citrus orchard. Help yourself to fresh oranges and mandarins when in season! We’re a 5-minute drive from Hikurangi, with a Four Square, bakery pies, and a café. Kamo is 7 minutes away, with takeaways, restaurants, and another Four Square. The Whangarei Town Basin, 15 minutes away, offers waterfront dining and the quirky Hundertwasser building—a must-see for art lovers!

Our cabin is a cosy retreat set in our garden. It has everything you would need for a comfortable stay. It is only 20 minutes from central Whangarei and 10 minutes from Kamo, Maungatapere and SH1 so if you are travelling it would be great a place to stay. Our garden cabin would be suitable for very good value medium to long term stays.
