Our dog friendly cottage has a large kitchen/living area and a separate bedroom with queen bed, ensuite and plenty of storage. The kitchen has a microwave and bench top oven. We are situated in a quiet street within a 10–15-minute walk to the CBD and New World supermarket. The cottage is also a 5-minute walk away from our picturesque riverside Warren Cole Walkway. The cottage is situated at the back of our house but separated by a large deck. Parking is right outside your door for convenience.

Across from the beach, with stunning views, all day sun & large outdoor deck, this is the perfect spot to just rest, & relax. Recently fully renovated throughout , including new kitchen & appliances , new bathroom, carpet , vinyl, & double glazing . The large master bedroom opens out to the fully fenced garden & cobbled courtyard. The second bedroom has a double bed & built in wardrobe. Within 80 metres there is access to the patrolled Ohope beach, voted NZs favourite beach and renowned for great swimming , surfing and walks Drive 10mins (6km) to the town of Whakatane - a great little town with a selection of shops and dining options.
