Can easily accommodate two adults plus 1 child at no extra cost (queen bed + sofa). Own carpark, outdoor kitchen sink with hot/cold water. Toaster, microwave, electric frypan, small BBQ available. Unlimited wifi. Access to washing machine. Complimentary tea & coffee. ** N.B. there is no hot plate or kitchen sink inside the dwelling. **

This stand alone property has it all, separate from the main house it has a private entrance and backs on to a reserve with river walks summer and winter . The bedroom is closed off to the large lounge with polished concrete floors . The French doors open to the pool and rear pocket lawn. You will have the use of the pool ( shared in summer)and a spa The kitchenette has a Microwave, tea and plunger coffee fridge and freezer . The bathroom is of a good size and has a walk-in shower and toilet

Kick back and relax in our newly built, stylish one bedroom private guest house set up for guests to do their own thing. Double glazed windows and Doors along with full insulation keeps you nice and cozy along with a heatpump to keep you warm & dry in winter & cool in summer. Peaceful and private rural location. The cottage has a Queen bed in the spacious bedroom along with a double sofa bed in the lounge. Outdoor flow with substantial decking allows you to spread out relax day & night.

Quiet, comfortable, and cozy studio apartment just a skip, hop, and a jump to Ohope Beach. Perfect for 2 ( or single) This studio is on the ground level with no stairs for easy access. Studio is fully furnished and equipped with everything you need for a relaxing weekend getaway or week long stay with a well-appointed kitchen with all the essential amenities. Conveniently located, you're just a short walk to the Ohope Beach Tavern (1.3 km) or a stroll to the cafés, parks along the beach.

Walnut Farm homestay

Our place is self contained , separate from the main house. 2 bedrooms are upstairs access 2nd bedroom through first. No full oven but several other cooking options. One hour to Rotorua or Tauranga, less than 30 mins to Rotorua lakes or Whakatane .15 mins drive to Kawerau closest New World supermarket. Homestay is behind our house so follow the gravel drive around ours to park next to our woodshed. Sorry no EV charge available but charging stations are close by in Kawerau or Whakatane

The Studio

Welcome to my secluded, peaceful hideaway. The studio is a large open plan space. Large sliding doors completely open up the front of the building onto the deck, giving you a feeling of always being close to nature. Surrounded by trees, orchard, lawn and garden, the studio is a quiet retreat space. The sound of the sea and bird song are always in the background. The best beach in NZ is a 15 minute walk away!

Private courtyard with a table and 2 chairs. Close to town and the Warren Cole walkway that goes right to the Heads. 1queen size bed. Drop down dining table with chairs stored in the table. Very close to both the hun and the main town shopping centre.
