Nestled in the Pauanui Lakes Resort you’ll find Villa 46 where you can kick back, relax and enjoy the tranquil space offered. Enjoy the resort facilities during your stay, including 2 swimming pools, gymnasium, tennis courts and an 18 hole international golf course. Note this is a bird sanctuary so unfortunately no pets are permitted on site. Just a quick 10 minute drive to the Pauanui village and beach where you will find local cafes, shops and a supermarket for any last minute essentials.

Excellent location with a short walk to Restaurants , beach, town and supermarket. The complex has a large shared swimming pool.

This is a two bedroom studio with a full bathroom and kitchenette. Access is via outside stairs above a garage. Has a Kitchenette with microwave,airfryer that also has an oven function, kettle, toaster and a BBQ is available. Suits the golfer or person just wanting to put there head down for nights of traguillity. Five minutes to Pauanui centre for restaurants and the beach. Set at the Lakes Resort Golf Course . There are two pools and a gym available that are directly behind the house.
