Welcome to Shiloh Place! Our spacious (1400sqft) 3 bedroom, lower level/basement apartment. In a peaceful suburban setting, just minutes away from everything Buffalo/Niagara Falls has to offer! Within one minute of Erie Canal walking/biking paths, kayak/boat launch, golf course, grocery stores, restaurants, wine/beer stores, and so much more! Come, and be refreshed! CEILINGS ARE LOW, just under 7 feet. Also, we live above, so you may hear normal apartment sounds. NO CABLE TV, but we have ROKU.

Only a short drive to Niagara Falls, Beaver Island Beach or State Park, our retreat is steps from the Niagara River & bike path. Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located flat. This is a 1st floor, cozy flat including a fully equipped kitchen, bath, living room and bedroom as well as in unit laundry. Off Street parking with easy access to your flat. It is located two streets in from the Niagara river between Niagara Falls and Buffalo. Enjoy the gardens, a nice fire at the fire pit, with full access to our patios, the bike trails, great dining in walking distance. Come to relax and escape for a while!
