This renovated, bright & Spacious ground floor Unit offers the perfect comfortable & relaxed atmosphere. We offer a BBQ to cook on with a microwave for heating. 10 min walk to Town (Restaurants & Bars), close to Ferries, Walking/Biking Tracks and both Marinas also a couple of swimming spots. You will awake to the sounds of native birds. Picton - Gateway to the Marlborough Sounds, Adventure and Scenic providers are based on the Picton Foreshore. This little town has something for everyone.

The Cowshed

Herd of Cows?! Quiet, comfortable and fun accommodation just 15 minutes walk through the picturesque Picton Marina to cafes, bars, shops, theatres, cruises and walking tracks. Free pickup and setdown from ferry may be available. Transfer from Blenheim by arrangement. Be warned......this great priced accommodation is probably nothing like you have ever stayed in previously. My folly and a labour of love! If you don't have a sense of humour or don't like cows.....don't book in! :-)

Off street parking right beside your accommodation. No cleaning fee, and Breakfast is included.

Just a short drive to Marlboroughs finest wineries, food and the glorious Marlborough Sounds. Blenheim town is 10 minutes drive, Picton ferry terminal is 20 minutes away, wineries just down the road and the Blenheim airport is 10 minutes away. Separate from the main house our private guest house is self contained and fully equipped, perfect for a couple or business person.

Picton Paradise is located beside the Picton - Waikawa Bay walking and cycle track. 15 min stroll to town. Very quite residential street fully fenced section with stunning views of bush covered hillsides. Room to park the boat up the drive. Great indoor outdoor flow you will love our outdoor entertainment area with Outdoor Kitchen fully equipped with a BBQ, Pizza Oven, Fridge Freezer, TV and more. My place is good for couples, business travellers, families, and small groups.
