Caney Hills is the ideal waterfront retreat, nestled within 10 wooded acres on 550 feet of water frontage. This unique property is very private, offering a variety of on-site amenities with convenient access to grocery stores, coffice cream shops, public boat ramp, guided fishing, hiking, waterfalls, local restaurants, breweries, antique stores, and all located within 10 miles of your driveway.

This cabin is everything you need for your next vacation! It is located in a quiet rural country area where you can see the stars at night and green pastures in the day. The studio apartment next door is separate.

At the cabin, you can listen to the sounds of nature as you take in the scenic valley views of Big Bottom and the mountain views of Scott’s Gulf State Park.

Located in Sparta, enjoy what this 1-bedroom cabin has to offer. This cabin has one bedroom with a full-sized bed and cozy living room with a sofa bed, along with a full bathroom. The living room has a fireplace, a large Smart TV, pool table, and board games. A large deck shows the gorgeous lake on the property. Ducks live in the pond, visible from the many windows. A paddle boat is provided and fishing encouraged in the lake (supplies not included!) An exterior fire pit is along the lake.
