Lingard Hospital is within walking distance, as is a laundromat, post office, bottle shop and numerous cafes and bars. The unit sleeps 2 adults, and has the availability of a portacot. There is a small outdoor area and a parking space, so you can leave your car and walk to all that Merewether and Newcastle has to offer.

Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally located place.Only 15 minutes walk to famous Merewether beach and the restaurants. Walking distance to shops, pubs and parks. The property is in a residential area there maybe unexpected noise from neighbours on rare occasions. This private accommodation has 1 queen bed and a double fold out sofa bed located in the lounge room. Full kitchen and bathroom and shared laundry access to a shared tropical backyard, and swimming.

Self-cont Cabin, Smart TV, Netflix, unlimited NBN

The Cabin is a large room divided by a large wardrobe and Hutch with the bedroom (Queen Bed) on one side, and the living area on the other. In the large Bedroom area there is also a desk and smart TV, Netflix, and the toilet/shower room is accessed there. The kitchen is well equipped and I provide frozen gluten free and other breads as well as many other provisions. The lounge and chair both fold down into beds (a double, and a single) but are quite firm.
