Relax & take it easy at this newly remodeled and tranquil retreat. Enjoy the peace of being in the country right on a 17 acre pond stocked with bass, crappie, bluegill & catfish. Yet just 15 minutes from everything you could need. Fish all day, sleep in, create happy memories at the fire pit, enjoy the treehouse OR go out & explore the great many things to see & do in this area! This house is perfect for 2 couples but we will take up to 6 guests. Added fees for the 5th & 6th guests $25 pp/pn.

Film enthusiasts can tour famous movie and tv spots with delicious eats.

Cottage on Maple Hill

The Cottage on Maple Hill is perfectly nestled just outside of Carrollton. It’s perfectly convenient and peaceful. Just 10 minutes from the Square and the SE Quilt and Textile Museum, 15 minutes from UWG and WGTC, and 45 minutes from Atlanta, the cottage is the sweet spot. With 2 bedrooms with queen size beds, one full bathroom, and a spacious living room and kitchen, the cottage is so homey! The front porch, rear deck, and yard space allow you to chill, grill, and enjoy the great outdoors.

Forget your worries in this spacious, serene space. Minutes off I-85 near the Atlanta airport with a calming, green view in a quiet and safe neighborhood . Super safe for solo travelers. Sit on your private porch to gaze at the deer or stars, read a book or rest. The dry kitchen (no sink or cooking facilities) has a microwave, small fridge, Keurig coffee maker and more. The attached bathroom with walk-in shower, twin sinks and relaxing bathtub are great for working guests or vacationers.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Centrally located between Carrollton and Villa Rica, this secluded cabin will have you feeling like you are in the North GA mountains. Enjoy a fresh cup of coffee on the covered porch overlooking the creek that runs in front of the cabin. Listen to the woods around you and if you are quiet enough, you may see the deer walking the property. You will feel like you are miles from civilization, but with the convenience of being close to town.

The Barn Loft

Come stay on our little farm in a unique, beautifully decorated, quaint barn loft. Experience a little bit of farm life during your stay. Enjoy being surrounded by nature, farm animals, and stunning country side, all while still being close to food and fun. Soak in a vintage tub, sit by the fire pit, relax and enjoy the view from your private balcony. A 15 minute drive gives you access to great restaurants, boutiques, a charming underground bookstore, a local brewery, and so much more.

The Nest

The Nest is no-smoking and smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property. It is a peaceful getaway and great for a romantic weekend or quiet retreat. Canoes, kayaks, trails, and a fire pit are available plus the kitchen is stocked with everything you’ll need. Close to Serenbe, Newnan, and the Atlanta Airport. You’ll love my place because of the arty style, the peaceful vibe and the beautiful lake view. The cottage is on 34 private acres and directly behind the main lake house.

Spacious 4 BR (5 beds) 2.5 bath home in Newnan GA

Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room. Quiet location near the end of a cul-de-sac. Just over one mile from the historic courthouse square. Convenient to all the local amenities such as restaurants and shopping and an easy drive to Atlanta. (32 miles from the Atlanta Airport) Discounts available for monthly stays. Host lives in the neighborhood and will go above and beyond to make your stay a pleasant one. Pets are welcome for $150 per stay.

Private Attached In-Law Suite w/ Separate Entrance

Step into this spacious in-law suite, conveniently located 15 minutes from downtown Carrollton, UWG and the hospital. The suite is attached to the main house but has its own private entrance and studio-style layout with no shared indoor spaces. It includes a king-size bed, sleeper sofa, private bathroom, kitchenette, standing desk, reading nook, and a TV with Netflix, Hulu, and YouTube. The suite is pet-friendly and perfect for travelers, couples, or small groups.
