Indulge in a luxury spa experience at a tranquil cottage. Follow a garden path from your decked balcony to a private wood-fired hot tub, sauna, hammock, outdoor shower and summerhouse. It's a great spot for stargazing by night and bird-watching by day. Cook in a modern well-equipped kitchen or have a night off, dinner prepared for you by us and brought over to the cottage. Please note that all logs for the hot tub and log burner are inclusive ! We are pet friendly and welcome 1 large breed or 2 smaller breeds of dog. The cottage is situated in the grounds of our own home. While it is entirely private we are on hand if you need anything and Mark can also provide private catering as a highly regarded chef sourcing the best local produce in Cornwall ! The cottage terrace opens out from the bedroom with direct access to the garden and a path which leads to an outdoor spa with wood fired hot tub, sauna, hammock, fire pit and summerhouse. We are located in the adjacent house should you need us for anything at all but offer our guests total privacy otherwise. The choice is yours ! The cottage is in a pretty rural hamlet surrounded by countryside near the market town of Launceston in the county of Cornwall. A car is needed. The cottage sleeps 2 adults in a King sized bed and up to 2 small children (under 12) on the sofa bed.

Sheerwater Holiday Home in Downderry is a detached property with it's own private entrance. Downderry is nestled between the old medieval harbour of Portwrinkle and the fishing village of Looe. The quiet beach is around 400m away, mainly known only to locals. Upon entering the property you have a fully fitted kitchen/diner/lounge and a bathroom with a shower. There are beautiful sea views from the lounge. Downstairs is the bedroom....A door takes you to your private balcony overlooking the sea.

The Old National School is a Grade II listed house, nestled in the beautiful hamlet of Sampford Spiney, located within Dartmoor National Park. Dating from 1585, the house sits in an idyllic spot between the Church and picturesque Sampford Manor. Originally the Church hall, it became the parish school in 1887 until 1923. It was only in the 1960’s that it became a residential dwelling. With its varied history, the house is quirky, with its lovely spacious rooms hinting at its eclectic history.

We are close to the beautiful wedding venue of Polhawn Fort, five minutes by car 15 minutes walk along the lanes. We are only two miles from Mount Edgcumbe and a mile from the twin villages of Kingsand and Cawsand. We are three minutes walk from the coast path. A former 17th century pilchard palace, tastefully transformed into a boutique beach house, offering luxurious home comforts, with spectacular sea views. This unique property stands on the beach and is literally in the sea at high tide! Although sleeping 10, we recommend no more than 8 adults plus 2 children. The twin villages of Cawsand and Kingsand are situated on the Rame Peninsula - known as Cornwall’s forgotten corner. Unspoilt, safe and utterly charming.

A charming small two bedroom chalet situated on the South West Coastal Path on the Rame Peninsula, The Nooke sits in unarguably Portwrinkle’s finest location – a private cliff top garden directly overlooking the beach with views across the ocean from Rame Head to the East and Looe Island and beyond to the West. The spot has been in the owners family since the 1920s. Recently undergoing a full makeover we as a family are very proud to share it with you.

3 bedroom lodge at Whitsand Bay Fort

The Lodge itself is large and extremely well equipped. It caters for 6 plus a well behaved dog. There are three bedrooms comprising one main double room and two twins and one en-suite shower room to the double and one family bathroom with bath and shower. The Lodge is extremely light and has some wood ceilings throughout. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, slow cooker, and microwave. Two ovens and a gas hob are also there for the chefs.
