This is a great stopover for people flying from East Midlands airport as it's a mere 10 minute drive, the M1 and M42 motorways can be reached in minutes, it's a central location for cities such as Nottingham, Leicester, Derby and Birmingham, also close to Loughborough which is a great for visiting students. Cyclists can step out of the front door onto the NCN 6 route which leads onto the cloud trail which goes all the way to Derby. Walkers will be spoilt for choice only being minutes away from the famous Bradgate Park, Calke Abbey and Staunton Harold.

The Farmhouse B&B

Nearby amenities include Hicks Lodge (National Cycle Centre), Conkers, Ashby Castle, Charnwood Forest Alpacas and Calke Abbey are a few!

Oak view is a luxury shepherds hut with a hot tub. The Warren Retreat is set in the heart of the national forest and a short drive away from Bradgate Parks national nature reserve. With a tasteful country interior and sweeping countryside views, the hut is the perfect place for a relaxed country escape. It is only a short drive to the nearest shop and local pubs providing limited inconvenience.

Shepherds Hut+Hot Tub+BBQ Hut on farm with animals

You will drive off the quiet country road, up the farm track and arrive at Top House Farm where your Shepherds Hut, Hot Tub and BBQ Hut are awaiting. The recently upgraded Shepherds Hut contains a king sized bed, Kitchenette, Dining Area and En-suite Shower Room. The Hot Tub is ready for you on arrival and the BBQ Hut is the best place to settle down for the night around the fire.

A home full of character made up of 3 16th century miners cottages. Lounge, dining room and additional reception room with an en suite shower room downstairs along with a large modern day kitchen and access to large rear garden. Two double bedrooms upstairs and a bathroom.
