We are walking distance to shopping and local eateries, 5 minutes away from Midwestern State University and North Texas State Hospital. Sheppard Air Force Base is a short 15 minute drive away. The MPEC Event Center and the downtown area is only a short 10 minute drive away. Whatever brings you to town, we are close enough to it all.

Come stay at the elegantly rustic 3 bedroom 2 bath modern farmhouse cottage in the Pumpjack Capital of Texas! Conveniently located just a couple of blocks South of 287 in North Electra! Electra, TX is a historic quaint small oilfield town with tons of character and small Texas town charm! Everywhere in town you would need or want to explore is only about 1 mile away. It is 1.8 miles (6 minutes) from MSU. It is 3 miles (9 minutes) from MPEC.
