Within Carrington, this home is conveniently situated just 300m to shops, cafes, restaurants and with a great pub, 'The Criterion,' situated next door. The area is very child friendly with a park one street back, including a children's playground, picnic tables and an electric BBQ.

This is a beautiful little self contained bungalow located at the back of my house. You will have everything you need for a comfortable and unique stay in this (EXTREMELY!) light-filled space. All the windows are leadlight and the soaring window at the front (from a 100 year old church in the Hunter Valley) adds to the distinctive charm. You will have your own access. You can park in the driveway or on the street (unrestricted on weekends and after hours. Otherwise its a 2hr limit from 9am-5pm)

The home shares a wall with our house and floorboard noise can sometimes be heard from both houses. I am told she religiously swept the foot path every morning before opening time and kept an eagle eye on everything.
