It offers the best of both worlds. It is great place just to relax; sit on the porch or deck and watch for wildlife or read a book.

Read a book, strum guitars, prop up your feet, put on some coffee & leave your cares behind. We are exempt by Airbnb from hosting Service Animals of any kind.

The Ambleside Cottage

The Ambleside Cottage offers full privacy for a single or a couple looking for a serene getaway surrounded by the beauty of the Appalachian mountains. This magical cabin is conveniently located for travelers, yet Ambleside feel like a remote retreat nestled in the woods above Elk Fork Creek. The Cottage is an adorable tiny house, offering 500 square feet of living space with a kitchenette, a sitting area, and a bathroom with a shower. The queen-size bed is upstairs in the sleeping loft.

Creekside Adventures

Make some memories at this unique and family-friendly place. Our guest suite is very spacious and open. Many of our guest have let us know how inviting and relaxing it is to stay in. We also have a creek where our children use to play when they were little. Kids can easily play in it when the weather is nice but please be careful on the walls and stones. We also have a pool area that is available for swimming during late May through early September. We do not allow pets. NO PARTIES.

The Perch on Pelham

Conveniently located 1 mile from exit 11 on I-75, this gorgeous apartment sits over the garage, and we call it the "Perch on Pelham." There is one bedroom with a queen-size bed, perfect for your getaway. A full-size folding futon sofa bed in the living room can accommodate 2 additional people. This apartment features a full kitchen with a stove, dishwasher, full-size fridge, air-fryer, and Keurig. Access to the apartment is via 16 steps from the ground to above the garage.

John L. Wright Cabin

Enjoy a peaceful escape. This newly built cabin with all the modern features is located in historic Stearns, KY. Surrounded by trees and overlooking a beautiful pasture, visitors can relax and enjoy the Big South Fork and Daniel Boone National Forest hiking and horseback riding trails, kayaking, and Cumberland Falls scenic attractions. Also enjoy and view the Big South Fork scenic railway train. Security cameras are turned off when guest are occupying cabin.

Sleeping Turtle Tiny Home

We provide an escape that is situated near a spring lake with beautiful mountain views. It is located just over 11 miles off of the I75 exit. During the day you can find yourself searching out some local activities such as Cumberland Falls, Colonel Sanders Museum... When you're ready to relax; just sit back, make a campfire to roast marshmallows or fire up the barbecue grill! This is a FORMER paylake. Please don't expect to fish, as the paylake is closed.
