It is a self-contained 1,740 sq.ft apartment (not the entire home) and has two private entrances, and a full kitchen. It is less than 1 mi from a mtn bike park and 2 mi. from fine dining and entertainment.

Due to pool insurance liability restrictions Infants and children 12 and under and not allowed.
