Notice must be given bringing a service dog and disclose the task trained to perform. There are two dogs on the property. Snowbird reservations will be accepted beginning October.

Relax into the slow pace desert life in our brand new desert home, designed + decorated with love. Traveling with kids? Our Desert Oasis has 3 spacious bedrooms, and 2 full bathrooms. Enjoy some family time in the AC watching Netflix on our 70’ TV. We are conveniently located minutes away from multiple boat launch sites, including Jack Smith and 15 minutes away from Oatman Ghost Town, a family favorite. Looking for some adult fun instead, we are 20 mins from the casinos in Laughlin, Nevada.

Escape to this serene studio, offering a queen bed, cozy living and dining areas, a TV with Roku, full kitchen, and convenient laundry facilities. Enjoy free parking on the street or the left side of the driveway. Keep in mind that the driveway might be occupied by guests staying in the main house on occasion. Located near the Colorado River and casinos, with Laughlin just over a half-hour drive away, this tranquil studio invites you to relax in a peaceful, friendly neighborhood.

The house has everything you could need for a weekend at the river. Enjoy morning coffee(provided). while seated under the large patio cover with fans BBQ, table (see pics). It will feel more like a home than an Airbnb. Near the water &, close to 3 launch ramps, and off-roading trails. Large driveway for an RV or boat. The house stays extra cool with A/C, solar screens, & blackout blinds. Your pet will ❤️ the doggy door. There is no garage access or parking in the backyard.

Neighborhood is very quiet and family friendly. Just 15 min from Lake Mohave, 5 min to Rotary Park , and close to the airport, and everything else Bullhead City/Laughlin area has to offer. House comes fully furnished with 3 Big Screen Smart Tv's ready for enjoyment!
