Welcome to our charming newly renovated home located in Wilmington, Ohio. This house was built by my husband's grandfather in 1954 and has been in our family ever since. This spacious interior is equipped with everything you need for an enjoyable and comfortable stay. We are located 2 miles from the World Equestrian Center, 3 miles from Lake Cowan, 2.3 miles from Majestic Springs Golf Course, 6.5 miles from Wilmington Air Park, and 7 miles from Robert's Center. This house has a new HVAC system.

Historical late 1800s Schoolhouse/Community Church

Explore Cowan Lake WEC and Amish stores and bakeries all within minutes from this historic Schoolhouse and picturesque setting. This 1882 Rural Schoolhouse is sitting on an acre of the original land. It includes a newly built 29 x 24 Hemlock sided closed pavilion with outside entities. Includes a park like charcoal grill, a gas grill , horseshoes court and corn hole boards. Great for outside gatherings and animal friendly inside and outside, including horse trailer parking and moving vans .

Jesse Brooke Farm

Located 1/2 mile from the World Equestrian Center and 3 miles from Wilmington with easy access to shopping and restaurants. Situated on a small horse farm with beautiful pastures and lots of horses to look at. You will have complete privacy. Take a walk down the quiet road, or sit on the front porch and just enjoy. We are centrally located between Dayton, Cincinnati and Columbus. The cottage is completely remodeled with new kitchen & furniture. Come and enjoy the cozy comforts of home!

Charming apartment in historic downtown Wilmington. Romantic master bedroom with comfy pillow top king bed. Ensuite bathroom with shower, towels and simple necessities to feel like home. Relax with one of our great books or play a game, both are at your fingertips in the cozy living room. Enjoy the essentials in the kitchen complete with table settings for 4, coffee, tea & hot cocoa. A third guest can also enjoy the cozy sleeping nook with twin bed and a 4th guest on our roll-away bed.

Downtown quaint 100+ year old home that has been modernized for your convenience. We hope you will enjoy our one bedroom home with a pull out single bed for your extra guest. Home is equipped with a dishwasher, washer/dryer and a coffee station to start your day. Private parking located in rear of home. Just two blocks from downtown and a 10 plus mile paved walking/bicycle path in back yard. Few minutes drive to World Equestrian and located within a hour drive to several major cities.

Enjoy a hometown experience at this centrally-located 1-bedroom guest house space! This guest suite has its own private entrance, with a small outdoor space for your enjoyment. Within walking distance to the Kava Haus (local coffee shop), the Wilmington Historic Museum, Lutheran Church (across street), and more! This suite is also a convenient 10-minute drive to the Robert’s World Equestrian Center, downtown dining is also a short 5 block walk or 2-minute drive, and so so so much more.

Unwind and relax in this cozy little guest space, located in southern Ohio. The main area is a small kitchen/dining/living area combined. The kitchen has a fridge, 2 burner electric stove, coffee maker, teapot, and other essentials. 1 bedroom with queen bed and full bath. The entire space is for guests. There is a locked door and hallway between the apartment and the remainder of the house, where the owner lives. It is our goal to provide a clean and comfy place for you to stay!

Trail M Horse Farm GH #3

This unique modern studio apartment is located on the corner edge of a working horse farm, Trail M Farm. Guest can see horses in the field or take a walk on the many trails that surround the farm. Circle drive for easy access to the road. Located 2 miles south of Wilmington, Ohio. Also 4 miles from WEC (World Equestrian Center) and 8 miles from Robert's Center. Pet friendly, 2 dog limit & well behaved in house. We ask that you crate your dogs if they are to be left unattended.

The Loft - 1.3 miles to W.E.C.

The Loft, updated 1/2025 is a unique space located 1.4 miles from the W.E.C., 3 miles from Lake Cowan, to name a few, there is plenty to see and do within minutes of our location. Relax on your private deck or stay in and watch a movie on the 55" 4k smart TV. Enjoy a serene country setting with tremendous views from every window. A great place to get away from it all. Once you stay, you will want to come back for another visit soon.
