Devizes is 8 miles away, and Dominos do deliver We are on the King Alfred's Cycle Way and have locked garage space for cycles . We are within easy driving distance to Stonehenge, Avebury and the medieval cathedral city of Salisbury

Welcome to our much loved home, ‘The Tea Barn’ as we like to call it. It was a self build project & hopefully shows all the love and pride we have put into it. We have added charm and character to the property, to provide for a cosy, relaxed get away! We are located in a small quiet village between the towns of Westbury & Trowbridge. The local pub 'The Royal Oak' is just a few steps away. We believe that this is a perfect base to travel from for days out, then back to relax in the small garden!

This is one of two spacious neighbouring holiday cottages. They each have their own private entrance, parking and Swallow Cottage has its own separate enclosed garden (dog-proof) within its own larger garden. Guests don’t share any indoor or outdoor spaces. The layout works especially well for two couples or families because both bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms and a spacious living area to relax in. Stunning local walks. Near Longleat, Stonehenge, Stourhead, Bath/Salisbury 18-20 miles.

Charming guest house in stunning wooded valley

Our beautiful guest house is surrounded by stunning countryside - waiting to be walked or cycled. It sleeps two (but has a travel cot as well) with an open plan kitchen and cosy living area, plus bathroom with bath and shower. Outside is a sunny garden area with table and seating. The space is really light with lots of windows and oak features. Lots of thought and love have gone into decor to make it a really lovely space. The apartment is separate from the main house and very private.

The Lodge

Located in a beautiful rural hamlet on the edge of the Cotswold escarpment this district is designated an AONB. Our newly converted cottage backs onto a small stable yard, is located up a private drive in a spot that is hard to beat for peace and quiet. Views from the garden across open farmland enjoy spectacular sunsets. Fully equipped kitchen, large sitting room, pretty bedroom and spacious shower room. Lovely rural walks and stunning bike rides straight from the front door.

Charming Cotswold Stable Conversion.

Delightful renovated refurbished Stables with original period features retained, located in the heart of the Cotswold village of Luckington Wiltshire. The accommodation has a bedroom equipped with two single beds, (can make a double) with ensuite bathroom, double sofa bed in the living room and a fully equipped kitchen. The Stables are to be found behind a walled secure garden alongside the main family house and has outside seating and BBQ. There is secure parking available.

Milkwell’s heavenly place

Wake up to the divine sound of rich birdsong- this one bedroom studio is exceptionally comfortable and has a peaceful, stylish atmosphere. It is separate to the main house so you have total privacy and the whole space is yours to be enjoyed. Underfloor heating makes it gloriously warm and inviting, the linen sheets are of the finest quality, and it is in a beautiful valley which has an unusual amount of song birds and owls. It has been designed with peace and comfort in mind.

The first floor annexe is accessed via a covered external staircase. Home from home, cosy but spacious one bed (2 guests) accommodation with living space and kitchen. The balcony is perfect for morning coffee/evening drinks (weather allowing) with far reaching views over the Hampshire countryside. The annexe is adjacent to our home but is entirely private for guests' exclusive use. We will welcome you, and can answer any questions but we will also respect your privacy.

It comprises a well equipped kitchen area, a luxurious en-suite shower room and a south facing private patio garden which offers lovely views of the surrounding countryside. Situated just two miles from the beautiful market town of Marlborough and near the ancient sites of Avebury and Silbury Hill, it offers the ideal country retreat to relax and unwind.

The perfectly designed place for your country break, a pit stop en route to Cornwall or a place to flop for a country wedding. Relax by the wood burner or have a deep soak in the bath in winter, and enjoy the gardens and sun soaked terrace in the summer. Our thoughtfully designed interiors will make you feel welcome from the moment you park up outside. The guest house is privately located in our gated drive overlooking the gardens. A local pub in the village too!

Self Contained Annexe in Warminster, Wiltshire

This one bed self contained annexe was built in 2022 and has been finished to a high standard. The property is situated in Warminster (a small market town) in a very quiet cul de sac. Just a few minutes away from Longleat Safari Park. Only 30 minutes to Bath, Salisbury and Stonehenge. The annexe has its own private entrance. It has an added bonus of air conditioning for the summer months.
