The house has a light airy feel with an open plan living area and a lovely new modern kitchen with breakfast bar which opens directly onto the garden. There is a local pub which serves food 50m away. It takes about 20 minutes to walk to Salisbury and there are some beautiful walks onto the downs and Clarendon estate via the footpath opposite. Stonehenge is about a 15 minute drive from the house or there is a bus from town.

There is good road access in/out of the city and two free car parking permits are provided. The property is a Listed Georgian (1825) terraced house and has recently been renovated by Erickson Mann A five minutes walk from the renowned Chichester Festival Theatre and the same from the City of Chichester with it's Cathedral, restaurants and shops . There is also easy access by car bus or bike to the Downs including Goodwood as well as the coast at West Wittering and Bracklesham Bay . You can lie ,sit or eat in the sun the house has a south facing garden which is a sun trap .

Plenty of board games and DVDs will keep the younger ones entertained or get outside to the nearby River Stour to spot otters and kingfishers (just a 5 minute walk from the house) or head in any direction to Dorset's spectacular countryside.

We do respect our guests privacy but are available if need be. A short walk from town/train stations and supermarkets, restaurants and pubs located near by.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway between Farnborough and Aldershot. Free private parking away from main road. Strictly NO VISITORS AND PARTIES. Only 2 adults are allowed in the property as per booking. No children or pets. Security camera facing the gate entrance of the property will be used to verify check-in (3pm onwards) and check-out (10am). No smoking or vaping inside the property. Quiet hours 10pm to 8am. We CANNOT receive post nor keep items for guests.
