It is located less than a 1/4 mile from the Quechee Gorge and Antique Mall. The farm includes fifty acres of land and trails with wonderful views of Mt. Ascutney, Killington and more. We also abut the state park which has twelve hundred acres of land. All perfect for hiking, snowshoeing, snowshoeing, biking or just relaxing.

You need to travel on a gravel road which by VT standards is well maintained for 1.5-3 miles depending which direction you travel. We are 45 min to Killington Ski Resort, 1 hr to Okemo Ski area.

Come stay in our quiet and relaxing two bedroom suite. We accommodate 4 people comfortably. We are very close to Rutland Golf ⛳️ , Pine Hill Park, Killington. Walking distance from downtown. There is a queen bedroom with a equipped kitchenette, large living room, and bath with shower and a whirlpool tub to relax in after a long day of outdoor adventures. There is a second bedroom that has two twin beds. Many small appliances. No stove. There is a two-burner portable stove.
