Welcome to our much loved home, ‘The Tea Barn’ as we like to call it. It was a self build project & hopefully shows all the love and pride we have put into it. We have added charm and character to the property, to provide for a cosy, relaxed get away! We are located in a small quiet village between the towns of Westbury & Trowbridge. The local pub 'The Royal Oak' is just a few steps away. We believe that this is a perfect base to travel from for days out, then back to relax in the small garden!

Rumple Cottage sits in a row of Georgian cottages on a private lane in a village on the Wiltshire/Somerset/Cotswold borders. Enjoy country walks to our favourite pubs & wild swimming spots, or cosy up in front of the projector & unwind in the luxury bath. It's a 20 min drive to the UNESCO world heritage city of Bath & 6 mins to the beautiful town of Bradford on Avon with its canals, rivers & station. Granby Cottage is a spacious, 2 bed bungalow within the grounds of a private country house estate set within 12 acres of green belt. Dog friendly with an enclosed garden with your own patio & BBQ - do book one of our fantastic (award winning) dog playfields on site. Your dog will be SO pleased. 2 mins drive to a supermarket (Sainsbury’s) and 12 mins on train to Bath.

There are 2 great pubs within a short walking distance. This is the perfect nest for a visit to Bath, Longleat, Stonehenge & more.

A lovely private annex in a village location, 1 bedroom with king size bed, bathroom with walk in shower, living room/kitchenette with single electric hot plate stove, fridge, microwave, smart Tv/free sat: complimentary tea/coffee-cornflakes with either porridge or muesli.There is a small patio and parking for 1 car. Peaceful self-contained annex attached to owner's property. Easy strolling distance to The Kennet & Avon Canal, River Avon, open fields and Bradford-on-Avon town centre and all the amenities that the town offers. The accommodation provides a spacious wet room and and bed-sitting room which has a kitchenette area (2-ring induction hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, etc). There is a smart TV and free wifi. Access is via private entrance into courtyard area. Easy on-street parking adjacent.

Little Crest, a newly converted bungalow

A smart, well equipped converted building. The space is beautifully furnished to a high standard and is light and airy throughout. Modern wet room with walk in shower and fully fitted kitchen. Ample parking with a small private patio. The village of Rode is an ideal location for a trip to Bath, Bradford on Avon, Longleat, or Stonehenge. There are plenty of lovely walks, a PO with a shop and two pubs all within walking distance. We allow one dog free of charge, extra will be £15 per night.

It has secure off-street parking, fast WiFi and its own work area. Only a 5 min walk to the historic town centre and 10 mins by train to the World Heritage City of Bath. Just a few steps from the K&A canal, river Avon, medieval tithe barn, atmospheric traditional pubs, quaint cafes and great restaurants. A comfortable base with so much to see and do.

Lime Barnlet is 1 of 3 barnlets which are individually self contained or ideal for a group of 3 couples, all set in the gardens of our house. Bedroom, bathroom, fitted kitchen and living area! Great base for Bath - a short car or train journey away. Loads of walks, beautiful countryside and close to Longleat ( 7 miles). Simple, cosy space. Perfect for a couple looking to get away from all things busy...
