Did you know we have 3 waterfalls? This house is the definition of eclectic cozy. I have spent the last 4 years finding the right mix of color and light to give this space its unique personality. Staying here gives you the peace and quiet of the country but you are just minutes from town. Each bedroom has its own private bath.

Right on the edge of town down Hall St. See the sights of NE Iowa Breweries-Pivos,Toppling Goliath minutes drive. Hike, kayak, fish the Upper Iowa River. The living access is on the second floor up the steps or use the ramp which is Handicap accessible. Have an Outdoor Wedding, rent a tent. plenty of lawn space. Have a reunion, grooms dinner, etc. Bring your dog!

The Night Deposit

Deposit yourself! Bank built in 1917, just 10 minutes on blacktop from Toppling Goliath Brewery. Located in Frankville Iowa and just a few miles up the hill from the Yellow River. Queen bed in one bedroom, and a futon in the main space. Full kitchen stocked with pancake mix and sausages. City Park is four blocks away or Nintendo 64, electric guitar and keyboard, or board games for rainy days. Also feel free to play whatever music you find, just return it. Large backyard and hammock.

Hill Top House

Located .5 miles from the Upper Iowa River, Hilltop house has the most perfect view. The house sleeps 8, but we welcome and encourage smaller groups as well. This location has 2 bathrooms, a relaxing loft and the most dreamy porch. *WARNING* When booking in the winter be aware of our driveway shown in the picture. We highly recommend 4 wheel drive. We also have a pack n play and high chair available upon request.
