We welcome you to the Sweet Grass Suite, your little sanctuary within a 2 minute walk across the Chewuch River to all the shops, restaurants and activities of downtown Winthrop. With a luxurious king bed and a sofa pullout couch, the guesthouse is best for a couple or close friends. We invite you to lodge with us and use our new guesthouse as your basecamp!

In the winter months outdoor adventures abound as we are on a forest service road with cross country skiing, snowshoeing and sledding, all accessed from your front door. Methow valley custom home, far above the Methow river and Columbia valley. Nearly 360 degree views - west into the Sawtooth mountains, north up the Methow river and North Cascades and East to the Columbia river and eastern wheat fields. You get the whole place to yourselves, lots of privacy and quiet, at the top of the mountains. We have recently expanded the patio in the front to 300+ square feet, with a gas BBQ and a new picnic table. It's a great place to hang out, morning or evening.

Primitive Park Lodge has everything for you and your furry buddies and is walking distance from the Wenatchee River, 25 minutes from Leavenworth and 35 minutes from Stevens pass. Max guests 8 people including infants per Chelan County regulations, and a 2 dog limit.

Happy Place

Happy Place is state of mind on the edge of Lake Chelan. Private and isolated. It is a studio set up with a king size bed, sitting area, and table. The large deck wraps around for complete views up and down the lake. Watch the Lady of the Lake go by on it's 55 mile daily trip to Stehekin. Across the lake is the wooded and mountainous view of Slide Ridge. Happy Place is towards the end of the road on the north shore of Manson. Wilderness area extends the rest of the up lake.

"Wilderness Lodge" 1 bedroom cabin in the woods

This cabin features everything wonderful about Leavenworth's four seasons. Snow, rivers, lakes, and sun make for a beautiful wilderness filled adventure or retreat. It features a queen bed (mattress is a custom-made mattress the same as the Davenport Hotel in Spokane WA) and a hide-a-bed couch in the living room. Each cabin is 400 sq. ft with a 300 sq. ft deck with gas firepit. Relax in this calm, stylish space.

Our charming little bungalow is tucked away in a corner of the equally charming town of Pateros. Perfect as a central location for local sightseeing, golfing, and outdoor recreation, or spending your days on the porch with your favorite drink and person watching the eagles and osprey over the beautiful Methow River.
