Being right on the beach, within a minute's walk you'll have soft, white sand under your feet. A family-friendly studio located next to the river in one of Swellendam's residential neighbourhoods. The studio boasts magnificent views of the garden and an enormous rubber tree, creating a tranquil experience. You’ll have high-speed wifi and solar power, perfect for remote working. Want a not-so-in-town feel? Then this is the place for you. The studio is located a mere 5 min walk to the nearest supermarket/midtown and a 13 min walk to old town with quaint restaurants, shops and cafés.

The adjacent nature reserve provides numerous foot-path routes through the indigenous Fynbos. From the balcony you may have some early morning sightings of small antelope and other animals as well as an abundance of bird life.

Situated on the water's edge of the Breede River Lodge harbor, Suite 105 is front row to the hub of activity during the summer months. Fishermen, kiteboarders, and outdoor enthusiasts visit this area for a varity of activities. In the winter, this is a peaceful retreat ideal for whale watching, walking, and enjoying the surrounding natural beauty. Spasie on Breede restaurant and bar is a short walk from the Suite and offers an excellent menu and stunning sunset river views.

Fazenda perfect escape

Open plan modern cabin located in a natural forest with magnificent mountain views. Enjoy lounging on the sundeck or cool down in your own private plunge pool right in front of your bedroom! Big glass panel sliding doors open up the space to get you even closer to nature. The kitchenette is equipped with a gas hob, kettle, microwave and nespresso coffee machine. The sun terrace with braai area and sunloungers offers uninterrupted mountain views.

Double room with ocean view

A double room with en-suite shower room. There is a wardrobe a tv and WiFi. The bedroom leads on to a lovely enclosed area where there is a dining table and comfortable patio furniture, here you can sit with the doors open or closed and enjoy the wonderful view. There is a fridge and microwave with tea and coffee making facilities. Through these doors there is a large patio area with a bbq and utensils. The views from this room are amazing

When we first opened our spot we were truly over the hills and far away... now the village has grown around us a bit, but the place can still feel pretty secluded. The architect-designed house mixes inside/outside space with plenty of room for family.. Explore wetland, river and the Langeberg mountains. With plenty of comforts this spot is paradise for children, dogs and a retreat for adults.
