We are located just off Highway 160, where you are a short 18 mile drive to Wolf Creek Ski Area. You will also have access to the detached garage to safely store your gear out of the elements.

Second story apartment is next door to my house. 2 mi. from downtown on a private road and 1 mile from US 160, 3 miles to uptown. Not in Aspen Springs. Private, quiet and secluded. Private deck with mountain views. A perfect place for a recharge and a romantic getaway. Plowed in winter but AWD IS REQUIRED. Recycling provided. Heat and water are solar when it's sunny.

There is plenty of room for ATV parking, and you can go directly to many trails without having to tow or trailer!
