This gem sleeps 4 comfortably and includes private waterfront and dock, kids kayak, paddle boat, fire pit, swings and small swim beach. For I'm just Ken there's a man cave kitchen in the back with beer fridge and grill. 15 minutes from cute downtown Winnsboro with some great restaurants and shops.
