You can walk to town in approximately 10-12 minutes. This is in a neighborhood so there are visible neighbors but the architect utilized the natural surroundings to make it feel like you are in the woods. We offer a private studio apartment located on the second floor of this wonderfully restored 2 unit carriage house, built in the early roarin' 20's! It offers a blend of modern amenities, with more traditional countryside accents. The traditional design of the studio allows light to pour through the apartment, while making adjustments for sleeping in easy. This truly unique space is a perfect place to take a weekend to relax, and enjoy our exterior grounds!

The Willow Treehouse is settled among the trees, overlooking a small, swimmable pond, on a wooded property 15min away from the town of Woodstock. The property is fantastic in all seasons and close to amazing Catskill skiing, hikes, waterfalls, swimming holes, and the Hudson River, as well as the towns of Phoenicia, Saugerties, Kingston, Catskill, Hudson, Rhinebeck, and Tivoli.
