With a spacious, open living area in which to relax and unwind, it’s the ideal location to explore Wells and Somerset. Situated in the garden of our home, overlooking a beautiful mature willow, guests will find parking inside the garage leading to a private doorway with stairs up to the Studio.

Ideal for a city break to England's smallest city or base for visiting Glastonbury, Cheddar and Somerset area. A very comfortable light and airy living area with WiFi and TV, and a fully-equipped kitchen. The bathroom offers a spacious shower. The bedroom has a 5ft bed with hanging and shelf facilities.

Tucked away on the outskirts of sleepy Lympsham, enjoy the countryside around you whilst resting your legs after walking the renowned mendips. Enjoy a glass of wine whilst watching the many birds in the surrounding trees or be a little more adventurous with the numerous local cycle routes. We look forward to meeting you on your stay. Lakeside Barn, Woodford Farm - Wells, Somerset

Lakeside Barn is a newly refurbished luxury modern one bedroom barn conversion. It has retained it's original charming features such as high ceilings and beams. Lakeside Barn consists of an open plan kitchen/living/dining room which leads onto spacious double bedroom and modern stylish bathroom. The floor is tiled throughout with cosy underfloor heating. Surrounding the barn there is a large patio area overlooking our beautiful lake with stunning panoramic views of the Somerset countryside.

This hidden gem is ideally placed to enjoy all that Wells has to offer and makes the perfect place to relax & unwind.

Self-contained hideaway flat in the heart of Wells

The Hayloft is an independent, self-contained, two-person flat within a couple of minutes’ walk of the centre of England’s smallest city. The flat has its own front and rear entrances and secure off-street parking to the back of the house. The flat comprises a bright South-facing living/dining room with TV, and a separate, fully-equipped kitchen. The bathroom has a large shower. A spiral staircase leads to the mezzanine bedroom, with a double bed and ample cupboard and drawer space.

This has been a labour of love, transforming this unloved structure into great place to stay and unwind, with underfloor heating and a luxurious bathroom to soak and relax in at the end of the day. If you want to venture further a field we are perfectly situated to visit Bath, Glastonbury, Wells and surrounding areas.

Little St Johns has been lovingly and beautifully renovated. It is tucked away in the heart of Wells, just a short stroll from the Cathedral, Bishops Palace and the bustling High Street. Step inside the pink door to discover the open-plan living space, sumptuous decor, inglenook fire with a woodburning stove, a stylish full kitchen, vaulted ceiling, luxurious linens, and memory foam mattress. Little St Johns is the perfect choice to explore the city of Wells, and all it has to offer.

‘Big Cottage’ is situated in the grounds of Fenny Castle House. Located on the bank of the River Sheppey; on the edge of the Somerset Levels and Mendip Hills AONB, midway between Wells and Glastonbury. The Cottage benefits from a shared garden and the use of the tennis court. The cottage has been beautifully converted and decorated by the owners and offers and all the home comforts that you could wish for; comfy furnishings, wood burning stove, super-fast broadband and a smart TV.

Rookham View Lodge is located on a smallholding on top of the Mendips overlooking Wells. Relax on the patio, catch a view of the Red Kite soaring high, or visit the sheep, ponies, goats, ducks and chickens in the surrounding field. Get active on the many footpaths leading from our property, gently cycle the Somerset levels or try the more challenging rides on the Mendip Hills. Active or relaxing - we guarantee you will enjoy the view from our Lodge at the end of your day.

Hulbert’s Place: C15th house in the heart of Wells

This charming Grade II-listed two bedroom maisonette is situated within a row of ancient dwellings, just a short stroll from Wells Cathedral, The Bishop's Palace and the heart of Wells. Each of the two levels are embellished with wonderful authentic details such as original beams, restored timber floorboards and stone fireplaces. Originally built in the 15th century, the house has been sympathetically restored with an abundance of character, comfort and style.

The Dairy

The Dairy is a modern and spacious barn conversion in a quiet rural location with all the essential amenities for a long stay or short break. It is the perfect location to explore Somerset and the West Country by car, bike or on foot, with the beautiful Cathedral City of Wells just a 5 minute drive away or a 20 minute walk. Cheddar Gorge and Glastonbury Tor are also just a 15 minute car journey. The village pub is also within walking distance of the property.
