Self contained annex with own entrance & parking.

Welcome to our self contained one bedroom annex complete with private kitchen, shower room and living room. The bedroom & living room are freshly decorated. Guests have their own entrance to the annex which is adjoining to the main house but separated by two doors. Feel free to use the garden and bar-be-que and to sit wherever you like. We have a friendly dog who will wonder around but keep away. We don’t charge extra cleaning fees to bump the price up, we just ask that you leave the annex tidy

Our home is close to the City Centre and all of the University of Worcester campuses. The Worcester Arena and New Road for cricket are a 5 minute walk away. The centre of St. John's is just a 2 minute walk; having a good selection of shops and restaurants. City 10 min. walk. You’ll love our quirky cottage set behind the houses on Henwick Road. 2 king size beds, a sofa bed, a travel cot/high chair are included. The cottage is family friendly and is ideal for two couples (with or without children)

This self-contained 1-bedroom annex is situated in a peaceful cul-de-sac in North Worcester, just 15 minutes’ walk from the city centre and close to Worcester Racecourse. With convenient access to the M5 (junction 6) it’s perfectly located for both leisure and business stays. The annex features: Private parking, front & rear gardens with a seating area, spacious lounge with two bed settees, ideal for extra guests, a large walk in shower, a cozy double bedroom with a small walk in wardrobe.

Our self-contained, ground-floor studio apartment for two guests, is one of just two units on site. It is a retreat, a practical workspace, or a convenient base for exploring. The kitchenette has a fridge, microwave, hot plate, toaster, and mini-oven, for cooking meals in . Fully equipped shower room, electric shower. The main area, has a king-size bed, sofas, a table and chairs, a log burner. It benefits from its own private entrance via a shared corridor with the upstairs apartment.

Self contained spacious annex with your own front door, en-suite bathroom, fridge, kettle, microwave, smart TV, hair dryer, seating area and desk space. There is a king size bed and, if requested, a second memory foam mattress on the floor. The studio is completely separate from the main house. There is ample off-road, private parking on the property and you are welcome to use the garden.
