Our lovely farmhouse is minutes from Lake Lemon, Griffey Lake, Indiana University & many spots in Bloomington. Conveniently not far from I-69, we're 20 minutes away from Nashville. This is a basement apartment with private bedroom, private bathroom, large living/dining area, & kitchenette. Shared front door & ~10 steps inside main floor. The ranch is 50+ acres with 8+ acres of woods for hiking, pastures with cattle, a heated pool & patio area, & a beautiful front porch looking over the ranch.

Beds/NO LINENS Showers/ NO TOWELS Kitchen/sink mini fridge no stove outside grill, fire pit, and cast iron provided. Dishware, silverware, and cooking utensils provided. Things you will need to bring: Linens, pillows, towels, dish rags and personal hygiene items. We will provide enough trash bags, toilet paper, dish soap to get you started after that its renters responsibility. We have state certified kilm dried firewood for sale $6 bundle. Coffee Pot take both grounds and k-cups. 4 lawn chairs.

This home was truly her “Haven”. Take a walk to the local diner, museum, Gosport playground, local shops, or to our delicious Amish bakery. Relax with the family and spend the evening on the back patio. With two bedrooms and one bathroom, this single level home is perfect for your night away. PLEASE READ! Due to a recent storm, the back fence was damaged and has been removed and we are waiting for the new fence to be installed.
