The Roost is a custom build with quality craftmanship. It's set among old growth cottonwood trees in a relaxed older neighborhood that feels like the country. You'll have the entire guesthouse to yourself, May- Oct. there is a small patio to bbq and a yard with fire table and 4 Adirondack chairs to enjoy the many birds and deer in the summer. Downstairs is a queen bed/bath with a trundle in the loft. Fully equipped kitchen with small stainless gas range, apartment sized fridge and dishwasher.

The Palmer House is located on the historic Oxford Horse Ranch that was established in 1887. The old log house is remodeled in a Victorian style. Luxurious accommodations nestled outside of town on a 3,600 acre privately owned, working cattle ranch. Come enjoy the ranch life style viewing cattle, horses, and the 150 foot barn. We have a quant little cabin/house here for you to enjoy some peace and quiet. It sits under some old cottonwood trees that offer just the right amount of shade to help keep you cool and comfortable. Not only are the sunrises and sunsets amazing, but weather is also very comfortable. So whether you are an earlier riser or an evening person you will enjoy. There is private and public river access available from the property. Feel free to use the barbecue grill or fire-pit near the river.
