The ideal place for a stay over on your way to your holiday destination only 7km from the N1 near Bloemfontein. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay in the fully equipped self catering little house. The enclosed yard will secure your children. With a solar system and battery backup load shedding does not exist in our frame of mind. Admire the sunset while sitting around the fire pit and if you are lucky you will see some game in the game camp.

Alphen River Lodge

Come enjoy a getaway at Alphen River Lodge.Situated on the banks of the Orange River it offers a great escape for family and friends . The river and the farm on which it is situated allow for fun outdoor activities . These include : Yellow fish fly fishing(1.8km of private river frontage) Mountian biking Walks Trail running Birding It is also in a tranquil part of the counrty and this making it a great place to relax and wind down.

The Driveway

Come and enjoy this cleanly kept room where you can enjoy your privacy. It is 1km from the N1, so is convenient for travellers looking for a nights rest. It is also 2km from the University of the Free State and 3.4km from the Medi-clinic hospital. There is also a Golf driving range, a mere 300m walk away for some extra relaxation. There is only 1 parking, so no place for trailers, boats or caravans. Please arrange before booking.

(Kleinzuurfontein Farm Cottage)

The chalet is located on our farm, Kleinzuurfontein, which is a fifteen minute drive (13.2km) from Springfontein (N1). With your stay you will experience nature at its best- with beautiful sunsets, starry skies and farm animals grazing on the fields surrounding the farm. This is the perfect stop over for travelling families. Please note: No pets allowed :)

Spioenkop Eco Cabin is situated on a working cattle farm, just outside of Reddersburg, that offers you a sense of calm and tranquility. An off-the-grid stay that offers some of the most beautiful sunsets you will find, overlooking the Free State plains. The cabin was thoughtfully designed and furnished to ensure upmost comfort and views from all angles.
