LARGE bedroom with king bed and Huge master bath with shower and seperate soaking tub. 2 sinks. Kitchenette is small consisting of fridge (10cf), table/chair, microwave, hot plate, coffee maker, toaster oven. only sink is bathroom sinks. Large closet as well. Private fenced deck. Very scheduled property away from city noise and crime but minutes to Yakima.

Its location allows for easy walking to restaurants, wine bars, brew pubs, galleries, museums, shopping and is only 6 blocks away from CWU.
