The Little Bunkhouse

Welcome to the LITTLE BUNKHOUSE. There is a field with pathways, a bridge to cross and camp site for morning coffee or evening glass of wine. It is Quiet, peaceful and relaxing. There is a challenging putting green. The bunkhouse has 1 queen bed with a small kitchen and bath. This is the place for a peacful getaway for relaxation and only 8 miles to the heart of Prescott. Plenty of hiking right accross the the main road and several small lakes for kayaking or picnicking just minutes away.

Spacious 972 sq ft over the garage guest apartment is all yours! Close to downtown Prescott headed northwest 7 miles (15 minutes) to a private gate. The gate opens and you’re in the National Forest where your retreat begins! Inside is a comfy cal-king bed, full kitchen and bath, laundry, two eating areas, two sitting areas, desk, pellet stove, mini-split heat and cool. You cannot book this apartment automatically. You must communicate direct with the owner. Non smoking, non-drinking guests.

This is the country - if animal sounds or the occasional bug or fly bothers you, this is not for you ;). There is no WiFi out there - BUT there’s a Roku TV - it REQUIRES a hot spot. The balcony overlooks the mountains and at night the sky is full of stars. All friendly dogs are welcome as this house has it's own fenced in yard for a $30 pet fee/stay.
