NB: Brisbane can be hot & humid from November to March. There is a fan but no air conditioning, so this may be a consideration for some guests.

Studio apartment in the heart of Graceville

Graceville is a leafy suburb on the Brisbane River, 10kms from the CBD. There are over 20 cafes and restaurants within a 1.5km radius and many local parks and walking tracks. There is a bus stop right at the front door and it is a 1km flat walk to the Graceville train station. Off street parking is available. Guests must like dogs as I have a German Shepard who likes to interact with guests. Due to shared areas (laundry; covered deck and pool) my place is not suitable for quarantine.

For easy access to the city, the high-frequency express bus (120) is just a 1-minute walk away. This bus takes you directly to Mater Hill, South Bank, and the Cultural Centre in approximately 20 minutes—all for just 50 cents.

Please understand the landscaping hasn’t finished & yard is a bit untidy. We live upstairs so can provide anything you might need. We are just a text message away!
