Tucked upstairs in this century old home is a peaceful 2 bedroom apartment to relax, unwind and enjoy a bit of get away . Your apartment will have a private entrance and on street parking. You are welcome to enjoy the firepit and outside eating on the shared deck. Nearby is CedarCliff Falls where beautiful waterfalls and hiking await you; a paved bikepath stretches for miles in both directions and three blocks from Cedarville University. We hope that your stay will refresh and revive you!

Our newly updated home is conveniently located just minutes from Yellow Springs, Clifton, neighboring Glen Helen Nature Preserve, and John Bryan State Park. We encourage you to visit Young's Jersey Dairy for putt-putt golf, a driving range, farm animals, and ice cream!!

So bring cameras, binoculars, fishing poles, and walking shoes/boots for the 2 miles of trails for a truly memorable visit. If you are visiting your child at Cedarville University (CU) or looking to jump on the Bike Trail for a beautiful day ride, this is the place for you! CU is a short 2 min drive through downtown Cedarville. The Bike Trail is located on the South end of town making it a mere 0.3 miles away. We are also close to The Historic Clifton Mill (7 min), Young's Jersey Dairy (15 min), Yellow Springs (12 min), Greene County Fairgrounds (15 min).
