The site has an entryway, living room with kitchenette, bathroom and bedroom all separate and private from the main house. Spend time exploring the 13 acres of the property which includes trails through woods, fields and along our own beaver pond. We're located just 10 minutes from WWD hospital /downtown and 20 minutes from Portsmouth /Durham.

Come and stay awhile! Unwind and enjoy a relaxing stay in our 1790’s farmhouse with many original features, situated on 120 mostly-wooded acres in southern Maine. Our farm features a commercial maple syrup operation, 200 high bush blueberry plants, a vegetable garden, pumpkin and berry patches, a variety of fruit trees, honeybee hives, miles of old logging roads for walks, skiing/snowshoeing, meandering brook, patio and outdoor fireplace, free-range chickens, and two large rescue farm dogs.

Relax in our private, romantic Cape Neddick cottage, overlooking a 2 acre meadow and woodland, close by foot, bike, to the amenities of York, Ogunquit, Kennebunk, Kittery, and Portsmouth and within a ten minute ride to five beautiful beaches. Cape Neddick Beach being the closest one, a five minute ride. Our cottage is off the beaten path on a quiet private way, near the Cape Neddick River .

The Summer House is a cozy getaway cottage up the hill from the Presumpscot River and walking trails, a short walk from an active small downtown with live music venues, local breweries, and great restaurants. The Conant Homestead, is a budding permaculture farm with goats, pigs and chickens, twenty minutes from downtown Portland, ten minutes from Portland Jetport and the highway. The shady cottage looks out over garden and fields with the sights, smells and sounds of a working farm.

Each bedroom has memory foam queen mattress, 2 couches with full size memory foam pull out and 1 with queen pull out, this place comfortably sleeps 12. Includes access to Netflix, Hulu, Disney plus & high-speed internet although we recommend relaxing on the beach.
