Enjoy the fantastic private area to fish, boat, or grill, the amazing views from practically anywhere in the house, or sit on the covered porch for fresh air. Bring a Kayak or canoe; we offer a free pedal boat. The home is 20 minutes from Gettysburg Battlefield Historic District, museums. Spacious for big family and gathering.

Bring the whole family to this beautiful River House with lots of room for fun + outdoor activities. The home is cozy and warm with view of the river. We've added board games, toys for your littles, and Smart TVs for movie nights. Outside you'll find a hot tub facing the river, a BREEO smoke-less firepit for campfire nights, and a propane grill. Located directly across from the Pequea Boat dock with a boat launch and fishing pier- bring your kayaks, tubes, and fishing lines for endless fun.

Swan Lake is located in Southern Lancaster County. The house is situated on 12.5 Acres with a pond and gazebo. This is a secluded family destination in Amish country but close to numerous amenities. You will enjoy beautiful views of the pond from all floors and decks. Numerous hiking trails and the Susquehanna River are within minutes. Working Amish farms surround this property and yet you are within 30 Minutes of Lancaster City. PLEASE NOTE WE REQUIRE RENTERS TO BE A MIN Of 25 YRS OLD

Yellow Breeches Creekfront | Kayaks & Fishing

Creekfront on the Yellow Breeches. The first thing you notice is the water. This home sits on the bank of the Yellow Breeches, a renowned central-PA trout stream, with four kayaks at the water's edge, a firepit, and room for eight. Mornings move slowly: coffee on the porch, mist off the creek, a heron on the bank. Paddle or cast a line by day, then gather around the fire after dark. Minutes from Boiling Springs and Allenberry Resort. Come to fish, unplug, or bring everyone together.

The whole group will be comfortable in this spacious and unique home. Plenty of room to hangout together in large open spaces inside and outside. The home and property was built for the purpose of vacationing. The house is around 5000 sqft along with 1200 sqft of covered porch, 800 sqft of pool deck and 1200 sqft of brick patio with hot tub. The pool is seasonal mid May through mid September and is heated. The Hot Tub is open year round. Feel free to bring your boat or jet skis.
