We are renting out a 2 Bedroom Appartment (lower level) in our house/duplex. It has a separate entry and is located in a tree rich area. A natural area begins right behind the house. The sister lakes are in a 3 min walking distance. The apartment is conviniently located in Ann Arbor - 2.2 mi to Downtown - 3.5 mi to the Big House - 2.8 mi to UofM central campus A bus stop and a great coffee place (19 Drips) are in walking distance. Please make sure to enter the right amount of guests ;-)

Located right in the heart of Downtown Tecumseh with a street view, our French studio apartment is charming, comfortable and private! Queen size bed with crisp linens, a kitchen with basic necessities for cooking/eating, full bath. Hardwood floors, guest controls heat/air condition. This space is located on the 2nd floor of a historic bldg so it may not be compatible for mobility challenged folks as it has a large carpeted stairway. It is meticulously cleaned after each guest. Peaceful, private and centrally-located two bedroom apartment within a 5 minute walk to Depot Town in Ypsilanti. Restaurants, bars and coffee shop are within walking distance. Close to major highways, DTW, EMU and UofM. The apartment is the entire second floor of a two-story home. There is a private entrance and plenty of street parking is available. There is not a formal kitchen in the unit. Key code will be provided the morning of check-in.

We have a great location. It is 10-15 min from downtown Ann Arbor and the stadium, but once you come home, you will enjoy the peace and quiet of the countryside. You can go for a walk in the woods, breath the clean air and rejuvenate. The apartment is cozy but spacious, and surrounded by woods. . My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids).
