Includes parking and a lovely garden that catches the sun on summers days and has plenty of outdoor seating (including a hanging chair). The property is well-equipped and comes with all the things you will need to make your stay relaxing and stress-free. Situated in a quiet cul-de-sac, the property is close to lots of handy shops, cafes and restaurants.

Modern studio annex to 1850s cottage with its own access, close to to the stunning city of York. Looks onto big family garden, feels like a country retreat but only 20-25 minutes' easy and beautiful river walk from city centre. Well behaved pets welcome. Should the annex be booked for your preferred dates, do look up our shepherds hut. Please note that ‘cancelled dates’ mentioned in the March 2020 reviews were due to government Covid regulations - not us!

Bright, sunny, studio, 10 mins stroll from the station & Minster. 5 mins walk from Roots restaurant. Bike storage inside. We are Lisa and Colin and we love meeting people. We provide cafeterie coffee, Yorkshire tea. Although we both work full time we try to be flexible with dropping bags early. Just ask and we'll do our best to let you drop bags early and collect them late so you can make the best of your time away.
