Colonial Cottage is situated in the picturesque Waukazoo Woods of North Holland and comfortably accommodates up to 12 guests. Step inside and feel instantly welcomed by the charm of this idealistic Michigan cottage with 4 beautiful bedrooms and 2 baths. A block from the lake, this home is complete with a fireplace, sauna, and spacious private yard. Enjoy an evening around the fire pit gazing up at the stars or end your day with a soak in the hot tub before climbing into one of our plush beds.

Nestled in the woods on the northside of Holland just into Port Sheldon Township. Close to township beaches/parks and just 3 miles from Pigeon Lake public boat launch, which is connected to Lake Michigan. Home was remodeled in 2022, including new kitchen cabinets and quartz countertops. Home is on bike path that leads to downtown Holland (6 miles) and Grand Haven (14 miles). A couple miles north of home is Sandy Point Beach House restaurant with outdoor bar and seating area. Beautiful area!!

Wonderful location near Holland, Grand Rapids, and Saugatuck. Free onsite parking for one vehicle (nearby public carpool lot also), WiFi, private entrance and space. Nearby trails and parks to explore, museums, restaurants, shopping and beaches all within 20-30 min. drive from our home. Full kitchen (pans, dishes, oven/stove, fridge, coffee/tea bar) and living area, two bedrooms with queen size beds, futon, bathroom, and a separate private entrance for you (lower level- one flight of steps).

Bird's Nest Cozy Farm Getaway

The Birds Nest is an above-the-garage studio apartment with a view of the valley and our working farm. Located at the end of a quiet dirt road, our 36 acres provide a respite for the body and soul with trails and vistas, and engage the mind in sustainable agriculture with a discount on our Farm Tour & Tasting. Our water is from a well. It is tested regularly and is completely safe though it can have a sulfur smell at times. There is an RO filter/faucet in the kitchen for drinking water.

A 3rd floor apartment at the top of a Victorian home just off the corner of Centennial Park. A short walk to everything downtown. From our guests: "The location couldn't have been better, and the apartment was SO spacious, with everything we needed. Shipwright's Cottage

Located in downtown Holland, in view of the Tulip parade, this adorable 2 bed home is 2 blocks from the Civic Center which hosts events and a great farmers market Wed and Sat. This area begins 8th Street where life bustles with outstanding shops and pubs. We have given it a gorgeous 21st Century overhall. A block away from lakeside Kollen play park and Boatwerks Restaurant with waterside seating. This location offers quick access to business and boating. Come enjoy a fun downtown stay.

Peaceful Journey, Saugatuck Township

Experience the tranquility of this gem in the woods, all within steps to Lake Michigan, and just a short drive to all the attractions. This is a well appointed two bedroom, two bath home (pull out sofa in cocktail area of the dining room) that is great for a private getaway for up to 6 guests. There are large rooms for fun and gathering, and a patio to enjoy alfresco dining. Or just enjoy a romantic evening in front of the outdoor fireplace , before or after a sojourn in the hot tub

PLEASE READ THE OTHER NOTES SECTION. Holland, Michigan is a favorite summer destination for those who live near or far. Holland itself has so much to offer with its boutiques, coffee shops, and restaurants and of course beautiful beaches on Lake Michigan. We are less than 8 miles from Holland State Park and so close to other Lake Shore attractions. Saugatuck is only 11 miles away, Grand Haven a 23 mile drive, and 29 miles from Grand Rapids, making this a very desirable location!

Lower level only w/a kitchenette that has dishware and many cooking appliances. Private lower level includes 2 BR, 3 Queen beds, 1 twin, full private bath, LR, private entrance, wifi, grill, fridge/freezer, coffee maker, microwave, toaster oven, sandwich maker, roasting oven, griddle, and more. Located in the Holland area, 20 min. to Grand Rapids, Grand Haven, Saugatuck, Lake Michigan. Use of the hot tub is most likely but not guaranteed. Please ask if it is important for your stay.

A 600 acre park with paved running/biking/cross country ski and mountain biking trails is located across the street.
