De villa ligt aan het water met eigen steiger met kano op ruim perceel (±750 m2). Midden in de natuur. Vlak bij Veluwemeer, Harderwijk, Dolfinarium, Walibi etc.

Het gemeenschappelijke zwembad en tennisbanen maken uw vakantie kompleet. 20 min van Amsterdam Honden zijn uiteraard welkom. Je kunt zelfs vissen!!

Windmill close to Amsterdam!!

Our romantic windmill (1874) is just a few miles from Amsterdam in wide green fields and along a meandering river: "Gein". Easy access to the A'dam. by car, train or by bike. You have the entire windmill to yourself. Three floors, 3 bedrooms with double beds: it easily sleeps 6, a kitchen, living, 2 toilets and a bathroom with bath/shower. Bikes available + kayak. Just leave some extra money if you did use them. No need to reserve ahead. Great swimming water and small landing just in front.

Luka's Hut, eco-cabin with sauna by the river

Luka's Hut, our beautiful eco-cabin, sits on the banks of the Ganzendiep river in Overijssel. Huge windows provide stunning Dutch views onto the river, the grass meadows with cows & sheep and a picturesque village in the distance. The river is quiet water so have a sauna & a swim, take out the kayak, big canoe or SUPboard. We have a heatpump for the floor heating, and used upcycled items such a charming wood-stove, a fantastic bath, a fully-equipped kitchen, bikes, a firepit & trampoline.

De Notenkraker: sfeervol voorhuis boerderij

Aan één van de mooiste landelijke weggetjes net buiten het dorp Sint Jansklooster ligt de gerenoveerde bultrugboerderij uit 1667. Het voorhuis van de boerderij hebben wij ingericht als sfeervol verblijf voor 2 gasten die gesteld zijn op rust en privacy. Het comfortabel ingerichte voorhuis heeft een eigen ingang . U heeft de beschikking over 2 kano’s en een heren- en damesfiets. De vele fiets-, wandel- en kanoroutes laten u het Nationaal Park Weerribben-Wieden in alle jaargetijden beleven.

The house has two floors, downstairs the living room with a modern kitchen with terrace and an upstairs with the bedroom with a freestanding bath. The spectacular view of the water immidiatly transforms the mind after a visit in Amsterdam. From this quiet area it is only 10 minutes by public transport to the Central Station in Amsterdam.

Horsterwold ligt gelegen naast het grootste loofbomenbos van Europa. Zeer waterrijke omgeving 4-5 km (Veluwemeer en Wolderwijd) voor een tal van watersporten. Op het park kunt u genieten van een zwembad en tennisbaan. Ook is er mogelijkheid om mooie fietsroutes te fietsen of te kanoën. Dit kunt u huren op het park bij nummer 25-6. This location is for nature lovers and those seeking tranquility. From the houseboat you have a view of a nature-friendly bank that is ecologically managed by the local residents. You can view the many types of water birds and even the Kingfisher and the Cormorant come to catch a fish every now and then. The water is of very good quality and you can swim from the boat. You can also rent an electrically powered rowing boat from us to explore the area from the water.

Watergang is a small village 10 minutes from the center of Amsterdam. Watergang is easily accessible by public transport. You can enjoy cycling and canoeing here. We have a canoe and bicycles that you can use. In addition, De Hut has a garden with a pond and lots of privacy. There is also a barbeque that you can use. And of course the beautiful Amsterdam nearby.
