Das Haus befindet sich in sehr ruhiger Lage, 600 m vom Skilift Steinbergbahn entfernt, welcher den Einstieg in den Skizirkus Saalbach, Hingerglemm, Leogang, ermöglicht. Hinter dem Haus liegt ein großes Waldstück und man hat den direkten Blick auf die Steinberge. Highlight der Wohnung ist sicherlich der Wintergarten und der Whirlpool, Poolzeiten: 07:00 bis 21:00 Uhr!
