This luxurious 48 m2 apartment+19m2 balcony is in the center of town, 2 mins from a ski lift, 5 mins from the main street. It features a fully equipped kitchen open onto a spacious living area and large outdoor terrace. The modern bathroom has both a spa bathtub with jacuzzi and separate shower with rain-head. Our Chalet Calmis was built in 2014. It’s a modern wooden Chalet and it is located in one of the most beautiful areas of the village Zermatt. It’s a 7-minute walk from the train station. The apartment is our vacation home which we furnished and decorated with a lot of love and attention to detail. The apartment has an open design and therefore provides a lot of space. We ourselves live in Zurich. Calmis is our second home and we are very much looking forward to welcome you very soon.

Despite located in the building basement, it is bright and from the large window you can enjoy a surprising Matterhorn view. Wi-FI full coverage, SMART TV, Kitchen fully equipped. It is very close to any ski station (400m from Matterhorn Paradise and 750m from Sunnegga) and center (500m). Everything is reachable in max 10 minutes walking, otherwise the bus stop is 150m far.
