The entrance opens up into a very big living area with a canal view where you can sit and basically touch the water while you are enjoying a glass of wine.

Free parking at 10min walk, train station to Venice 15 minutes walk, airport bus 2 minutes. The area is pedestrian and offers tranquility, relaxation and poetry of other times. NB. The air conditioning is in the hall and has limited power.
