Villa Sofia was built in an ambient, rustic style; "Paštrovski style", located 2.5 km from Petrovac in a quiet part of Kruševica, 1250 m as the crow flies to the sea, at an altitude of 300 m. The villa is located on a plot of 588m2, paved with rustic stone, with a separate access to garages for 5 vehicles. Guests have at their disposal a 3 living rooms with a kitchens and a dining room with exit to the 2nd terrace, 6 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a guest toilet, a 32m2 swimming pool.

On our property there is a waterfall, which has become the main attraction of our city. Villa Tatjana is a two-house sea-front complex with a private infinity pool, situated in precious natural environment, one hour driving distance from Podgorica and Tivat airport. In peaceful place Utjeha, between Bar and Ulcinj, complex has a fantastic garden whith a path, that goes down to the private and public beach where you can use kayak and SUP board free of charge. Brand new studio is located in my parent's home, some 800m from sea, on a slightly steep road. It takes 7-10 minutes down to the beach and some 10-15 up to the apartment. Small shops on the road to the beach. Parking provided. WiFi, air conditioner. Welcome! Your obligation is to pay touristic tax in Touristic Organization office that costs 1 eur per person per 1 day.
