The apartment has a flat TV and stereo system. The apartment has a city view on one side and a garden view on the other with tall lush trees. There is also use of a washing machine and dryer.

Our apartment is very central but with a charming feeling thanks to the common outdoor place just in from of our house. Toddlers toys available. Perfect for a week trip or longer.

The spacious (25 m2) renovated studio on the third floor has a separate private bathroom across the non-private hallway. It has a kingsize bed, fridge, coffee machine, water kettle and a table to work with high-speed Wifi. In the hallway you will find a little kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, sink, a washer/dryer & a printer/scanner/copy machine. Heating with heat from the earth. We are almost CO2 neutral thanks to our new solar roof.

Maximum 5 guests - daybed in second bedroom can be converted to one large bed. Ideal for a couple or family with children. Baby cot can be provided. Outdoor area with bbq and dining for 10. Check in times are usually flexible so please message if other times are required.
