(3 Min zu Bus, Tram, Läden, Restaurants) Die Wohnung ist komplett frisch renoviert und neu eingerichtet und wird sich wie zu Hause anfühlen. Es gibt einen kleinen Balkon, bei Bedarf kann ein Garagenplatz dazugemietet werden.

In a quiet residential area in the north of Zurich, we offer a beautiful, bright roof apartment with bathroom, kitchen, living / dining area and two bedrooms. The outside area with pergola and barbecue is open for sharing. Oerlikon railway station is less than a ten-minute walk from the apartment and the exhibition hall and the "Hallenstadion" are a 15-minute walk away. Airport and city center can be reached comfortably within minutes by public transportation.

Swiss Cozy studio

The studio is 12 minutes from Central Zurich via Tram 2 and 3, bus 72 and 33 to Albisriederplatz). It used to be part of the Crowne Plaza Hotel (next door). There is a swimming pool and Fitness Gym next door (additional cost). The studio has 2 single beds which can be extended for 3 or 4 people. Brand new kitchen and full of kitchen accessaries. There is no TV and no sofa. Migros (Swiss grocery) is 1 minute walk away
