Although you may find it hard to leave the stylish and comfortable interior when sat in front of the stove reading a book or watching your favourite programs projected onto our retractable 180cm screen. There is a lovely sea view from the cosy mezzanine bedroom that gently persuades you to slow down and enjoy the time away

A small cottage in the grounds of Kilcannon House, which is only 10 mins from the Waterford Greenway and the newly opened St. Declan's Way. If you need to relax a break in our Cottage would be the best escape. It has a separate entrance and everything you need for a truly comfortable stay, including a electric stove in the living room, fully fitted kitchen, king size bed ( which can also be made up as a twin bed) and en-suite bathroom. The bedroom can also accommodate one child.

The apartment is attached to the main house, but at the same time is a separate living space - own front and rear entrance. We are 20 minutes drive from Dungarvan, which has the beautiful Greenaway and many and varied eateries. Historic Youghal and Ardmore are also 20 mins drive with beautiful beaches and steeped in history. Lismore, on the beautiful Blackwater, a short drive away.

Lighthouse keepers; Home of the year finalist

Welcome to the lighthouse keepers house! We have been voted as one of Ireland’s top 50 places to stay by the Irish Independent #Fab50 ( number 26 :)) We spent two years renovating this 200 year old building. In May 2020, it featured on RTE Home of the year and became a finalist in the top 7 homes in Ireland. Irish lights built all 76 lighthouses & keepers houses in Ireland, and this is the only lighthouse keepers house in a town in Ireland!
