While feet away from the white sand beach with gentle waves, you will sleep 6 adults or 6 adults/2 small children. The condo was thoughtfully designed with a King bed (primary), Queen bed, a transitioning day bed and Full murphy bed. The area has magnificent beaches, wildlife, fishing, nature trails, state parks. There is nothing like the calm of the Gulf of Mexico. Our 2 bedroom/2.5 bath townhouse is located at 300 Ocean Mile – a beach-side community located on the east end of the island. The home has a spacious split-level open floor plan with a fully equipped kitchen that opens into the living and dining area. This 1400 sq.ft. town-home was recently updated with new kitchen, bathrooms, and lighting throughout. Guests have access to our entire home, plus all common areas of 2 pools, bbq area and beach.

St. James Sanctuary

This lovely condo on Florida's "Forgotten Coast" provides guest with a beautiful view and tranquility only seen in this area of Florida. Located in St. James in Franklin county, you are 44 miles from the Tallahassee airport, it is convenient to a big city, while set in a quiet, rural beach area. You are only minutes from St. James Golf club, Carrabelle (7 miles away with public beach), St. George Island, Panacea and Apalachicola. Swimming not recommended (more like a bay).

This peaceful 2-bedroom, 2.5-bath condo at Bungalows by the Gulf on Hwy 98 in Franklin County is located 7 miles east of Carrabelle. Enjoy beautiful Gulf views and a 400-foot dock—perfect for fishing and relaxing. A third bedroom is available for an additional fee. Please note: the water is calm and bay-like, so swimming is not recommended. Boat docking is not permitted, and stairs are required to access the bedrooms.
